- The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the U.S. Access Board seeks a contractor to establish a guide and series of tutorials on the 2004 Guidelines for posting to its website and for individual dissemination on electronic storage media. The Board intends a dynamic presentation of the content of the guidelines and related material. This product shall enable users to access relevant sections and provisions by section or subject matter, and shall include both text and graphic explication using drawings and illustrations, including isometric or three dimensional images, animations, and video. The system shall offer user options for on-screen presentation and navigation and interactive features appropriate for on-line education. All content -- text, graphics, audio, and video -- shall be accessible per section 508 standards. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
