- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is M67004-07-T-0105 and will be issued on the NECO website within 15 days from the date of this notice. The contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to perform program management functions for Blount Island Command?s Mission Assurance/Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Tasks include intelligence development, gathering and dissemination, risk analysis, and the development of mitigating strategies, plans/procedures and technologies addressing vulnerabilities. The contractor shall also be responsible for developing a total systems approach for MA, CIP, and Intelligence operations. The scheduled period of performance will be one base year plus two 1-year options. Place of performance is Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, Florida.
