- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for Pager Services to include one-way numeric, one-way alphanumeric, two-way nationwide, support, local pager coverage to Government owned or leased pagers. Indian Head shall be included in the regional footprint. Local coverage shall have the capability to cover a 60-mile radius for Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide pagers with a frequency that allows for the utmost state-of-the-art performance with the following specifications - A light for reading display, Capability to store at least 10 messages, Unlimited dispatch service, Personal greeting change capability, Group call/message capability, Indication of time message was left, Capability for nationwide/local coverage, Digital display, Capability to leave numeric and alphanumeric message, Provide audio or vibrator modes, Email and internet capability, Capability to change existing pager number via a phone call from authorized personnel, Capability for Master Cap codes, Voice mail capability, Toll-Free 800 Numbers. Additional requirements are to include Hearing Impaired Pagers, Dispatch Activation, and Replacement Pagers. A full Statement of Work will be provided at the time of the issuance of the RFQ (Request for Quotation). This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for this procurement is 1,500 employees, with a NAICS code of 517211, and an FSC code of R426. If you wish to receive notification of the RFQ?s posting, you must e-mail the following information directly to Amanda Bray at amanda.bray@navy.mil. Type ?Request for Quotation ?, and the RFQ# in the subject line, and include name of POC, organization name, address, telephone, fax number, and your e-mail address in the body of your e-mail. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the Purchasing Agent?s receipt of your request. The government is not responisible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor? s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division we bsite for current status of the RFQ, and any amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Purchasing Agent will send an e-mail message to the requestors, informing them that the RFQ is now available for download off the internet. Copies of the issued RFQ can only be obtained by downloading it from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/working_with_us/procurement/procurement.asp . Copies of the RFQ will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NAVSEA, IHDIV shall not receive, or accept any form of electronic (via a website) proposals as a result of this RFQ. In responding to any RFQ, you must fill it out fully, or your proposal will not be considered. You may fax your quote to 301-744-6546, or mail it to the address provided above to my attn., at Bldg. 1558. All offerors will be ineligible for award, unless they have registered in the DOD?s Central Contractor Registrati on database (CCR). The web address is www.ccr.gov.
