- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Hopper Mountain National Wildlife Refuge Complex, (Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge) near Maricopa, California, has a requirement for fence construction. The work performed consisting of removing any existing fence along project site(s) and disposing of the materials at certified and authorized recycling centers and/or county/city waste disposal sites. Then furnishing all labor, equipment, and supplies to construct approximately 4.5 miles of four strand barbed wire boundary fence. Boundary fence line requires the fence to be built six inches inside the Refuge property from the surveyed boundary line. Fencing will be constructed over gradually rolling grassland to moderately steep canyons in remote terrain. New fencing will be tied into existing fencing. Project magnitude is between 100,000. - 250,000. This will be a "best value" procurement.
