Description

The work under this solicitation includes design and construction of a system to provide irrigation water for a shelter belt area and campground loop near the developed concession area at Tiber Reservoir (Lake Elwell). Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around August 29, 2007 with quotes being due on or around September 13, 2007. In accordance with the non-manufacturer rule as described in FAR 19.102 (f), the RFQ will be set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the size standard is $13 Million. After issuance, the Solicitation/Contract/Order Commercial Items (Standard Form 1449) may available for view at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. If you would like to request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Shawna Rogers. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Contractors interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active registration (http://www.ccr.gov). Contractors submitting a bid/quotation must complete their Representations and Certifications Online (Section K of the solicitation).
