- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . Only technical and price proposals are required to be submitted. This is a small business set-aside acquisition. Offerors as well as their subcontractors MUST BE located within a 5 hour s radius of the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois. All offerors will be due on August 22, 2007 at 8:00 am Central Daylight Standard Time. Each vendor will be responsible for contacting the POC identified below to obtain a copy of the Course Requirements and Statement of Work electronically which shall be u se to based their submission. Solicitation No. is W52H09-07-T-8888. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for request for quotes may render your quote as nonresponsive and result in the rejection of s ame. Pricing shall be submitted on a per student basis for the base year and each option period. The maximum number of students per class is 20 with only one training session being conducted per year. The following FAR clauses were hereby included with this request: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial NACIS Code 611430; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items (Technical and Price); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial I tems; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; and Manpower Reporting additional submittal requirements and detailed evaluation crite ria will also be sent electronically to the offerors.
