- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposal s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6. It is strongly advised that you review FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999) for information regarding what must be included with your quote if you are submitting an equal to offer. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (F AC) Fac 2005-18, Effective 30 Jun 2007& Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DCN 20070802. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333315 with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective bidders must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. The award will be based on low price and technically acceptable. The quotation shall consist of five Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 4, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Screens, 6 foot diag onal like Stewart Luxus Screenwall SNO72V, Grayhawk. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0002, Quantity: 2, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: RGB spectrum QV-XL-4/0 must have 4 window display RGB/HDTV, S-VIDEO,NTSC/PAL imputes. RGB and DVI outputs. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0003, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: MODULA brand autopatch RGBHV 16X16 Matrix Switcher for SXGA video (H-15) connectors. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0004, Quantity: 4, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Video P rojector CPSX1350 Hitachi or must have 1,470,000 pixels (HI 400xV1050) Resolution 1,400 dots x 1,050 lines and contrast ratio of 650.1. with universal projector ceiling mounts PRS-UNV. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0005, Quantity: 8, Unit of Issue: Each , Description: TV ONE video scaler IT-V1280HD and must convert NTSC to HD. Items shall be delivered by 01 October 2007 to U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground in Yuma, AZ 85365. Arizona vendors are to include the Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124R-07-T-1104 and emailed to Tejae.Craig@yuma.army.mil or sent by facsimile to 928-328-6849 no later than the 22 August 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). In addition, all technical questions concernin g this requirement must be emailed to Tejae.Craig@yuma.army.mil no later than the 16 August 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
