- Dobbins ARB, GA, intends to award a contract for television services with available distribution to its base facilities. Dobbins Air Reserve Base has a requirement for a Multi-Channel Video Distribution System (MCVDS.) Services are currently provided by cable television subscription. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to install, maintain and provide a MCVDS for a minimum of 324 connection points (televisions) within 16 buildings at Dobbins ARB. The distribution will be to military organizations, common use areas, temporary lodging facilities, and service organizations. The system shall be expandable to provide additional connection points. The contractor's solution must provide broad categories of programming and service to be described in the solicitation. ** Solicitation will be posted on or about 29 Aug 2007. **
