Description: Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center The department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7 Birmingham, AL intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Insight Instrument Inc. provide a SDI/BIOM Wide Angle Viewing System for the VAMC Birmingham. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
