- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Alaska VA Healthcare System and Regional Office will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) VA-260-07-RP-0085 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), to procure Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity Construction, to provide labor, equipment, material and supervision for a broad range of maintenance, alteration & repair, demolition and minor construction projects within the Anchorage area. Award will be made in the aggregate (all or none) based on the technically acceptable, lowest total evaluated price offered. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year option periods. Solicitation No VA-260-07-RP-0085 will be electronically issued in construction format in accordance with FAR Part 36 on or about August 14, 2007 with a closing date of 30 August 2007. The solicitation is a Set-Aside for Emerging Small Business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available, and no telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted.
