- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) has a requirement to procure the following items: (1) Unitrends DPU5000 with Capacity to Support 3TB of customer data for 30 days for rapid recovery window (P/N 5U3000R30); (2) 3 YEAR Data Assurance from manufacturer- 5X8 phone support, software updates, and next business day on site Hardware Repair (P/N DA5U3000R30-3) (3)Installation. Award will be based on best value. This is a set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 423430 with a size standard of 100. All respondents are requested to identify their firm?s size and type of business. All responsible vendors that are capable of providing the Government with the items that are listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-4226 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIH-NIDDK-07-354 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (10) days after the release of the RFQ. The anticipated award date is August 28, 2007. Quotations must be submitted in writing to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Blvd., Room 765C, Bethesda, MD 20817 Attention: Tina Robinson. FAX or EMAIL quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX or EMAIL quotations will be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative.
