- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurement and Grants Office intends to award a sole source award to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for a cell viability analyzer system (Vi-Cell XR system). The Vi-cell cell analyzer is the only instrument available that fits the needs of the CDC. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. However, responsible sources ,who believe that they can provide the required equipment , need to submit a written notification of interest and capability to the Contracting Specialist within 5 days from the publication date of this notice.
