Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to remove exisiting carpet tiles, vinyl tiles and cove base and install Government furnished carpet and vinyl tiles and contractor furnished cove base, transition/threshold, adhesive and miscellaneous associated work in building 64-G at the U.S. Census Bureau in Jeffersonville, IN in accordance with furnished statement of work. Estimated cost of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. A site visit is recommended. Awardee shall be registered at www.ccr.gov and have on file or submit a Census Vender registeration form. Contractor employees will be required to qualify for Census Security passed prior to commencing work. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Service Contract Wage rates shall apply.
