- The solicitation issue date is changed to be on or about August 17 2007. Additionally, the solicitation due date is changed to August 29 2007. Request for Proposal (RFP) SP0410-07-R-0038. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition that will include a Base Year and Two Option Years. The contractor is to provide Sign Language Interpretation Services in order to reasonably accommodate deaf/hard of hearing employees in a variety of work-related settings at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. Interpreting services will be provided Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at https://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/ on or about the issue date cited in the RFP.
