- PR No: IQC07223009002. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Charger, Battery that is used on an AGAVGFORKLIFT TRUCK. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-07-R-0930 will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The approved source is Pulsetech Products Corporation., Cage 00NQ8, P/N 735X640. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6130-01-487-0035, Base Year AEQ: 804 each, Option Year AEQ: 804 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, 136 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 4 Sept 07. The anticipated award date is 23 Nov 07. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
