- The Contractor shall provide all the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services at the following location: TSA, 4665 Broadmoor Ave, Grand Rapids, MI. The term of the contract is a 1-year base period with four 1-year options. Estimated start date is October 1, 2007. This is a fixed-price procurement set-aside for small business concerns. NACIS Code is 561720 with size standard of $15 million. The solicitation will be available August 22, 2007; actual date of receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website (www.fedteds.gov).
