- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Upload M00264-07-T-0289 for the Statement of Work and and instructions. The Request for Proposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 August 2006. This is set aside for small business, NAICS Code 424690. The United States Marine Corps, Quantico, Virginia has a requirement for the following. Caustic Soda for wastewater treatment of sewage and production of potable water for consumption.
