- Air Combat Command is planning to purchase non-personal services for Surrogate Unmanned Aerial System Support. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2. The period of performance will cover a one-year base period with two, one-year options. The place of performance will be at Barksdale AFB, LA. The government expects to make an award on or about 26 September 2007. The performance start date will be on or about 27 September 2007. Interested parties should review the documents posted on the Fed Biz Ops and provide any comments via e-mail to this office. The Air Force will consider and respond to all inputs received. Proposals are due to this office by 23 August 2007/4:00 PM EST. Late proposals will be accepted but not considered for award purposes. Past Performance (Volume III) is due to this office not later than 20 August 2007. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies will not be made available. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541519 and the size code is 23.5 million for small businesses. The solicitation contains detailed information on what contractors are to provide and the important suspense dates. Changes to the solicitation or accompanying documents must be made via official amendment action. It is the offeror(s) responsibility to monitor the Internet for the release of any further information pertaining to this solicitation. Contractors are reminded that all communication must go through the ACC AMIC/PKB office and POCs designated within the solicitation.
