- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2E1CM7208AM01 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-18. This acquisition is to be 100% set aside and awarded to SB. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488991. The SB size standard for this code is $23.5 million. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001: Move furniture; Qty: 1 ea. Service required to move furniture from Bldg 892 N & S to Bldg 302, not to include disassembly or reassembly of items. Contractor is responsible to provide all transportation, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, packing material, and any other incidentals pertaining to this requirement. Period of performance: 19 to 21 Sep 2007. A site visit will be held at Bldg 892 N & S and Bldg 302, Holloman AFB, NM 88330, on 23 Aug 2007 at 1:30 PM MST. Please call in advance to schedule personnel for site visit attendance, by COB 21 Aug 2007. An inventory list will be provided upon request to Points of Contact below.
