- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Eastern Kansas Health Care System Topeka and Leavenworth Kansas Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) intend to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Steris Corporation. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Steris Corporation for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for Steris System 1 equipment, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Dwight David Eisenhower Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) 4101 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048 and Colmery O'Neil (VAMC) 2200 SW Gage Boulevard, Topeka, KS 66622. This contract shall include a base year and four one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339113. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3842. The small business size standard is $500. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
