- The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number Q7C5AAC0044 in support of the HUD Headquarters, Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R). This procurement is for a contract with fixed unit price tasks under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) not to exceed $100,000, to provide a report on Affordable Housing Policies and Programs: An American Experience, and on Use of Geographic Information Systems for Sustainable Urban Development for the International Affairs Division of PD&R. The contractor will be expected to develop guidebook publications, conduct international research discussion panels, and create and maintain a web site for research purposes. This is a new acquisition. There is neither a current contractor performing this work nor historic data available concerning this procurement. The proposed Purchase Order is for a period not to exceed 12 months. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541720, and the size standard is $6.5 Million average annual sales for the last three years (See Numbered Note 1).
