- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR PART 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-18. Only faxed or e-mailed quotes will be accepted. Quotations are due no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, 17 August, 2007. The requirement follows: Three (3) each small, off-road, seven passenger vans with automatic transmission, A/C front and rear, 58 HP 4 cylinder, 4-stroke, electronic fuel injection engine meeting CARB/EPA standards and governed at 25mph for off-road use. With hydraulic brakes (2 drum, 2 disk ABS), electronic ignition, 12 volt electrical system, 70 amp alternator and 45 amp/hr battery.
