- Description
- The U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Miami Border Patrol Sector intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Florida Marlins LP, 2267 Dan Marino Blvd., Miami, Florida 33056. Florida Marlins LP will provide the following: One (1) home plate sign (28-in x 216-in) located behind home plate, displayed for one-half (1/2) inning during the bottom of the 9th inning of each remaining Marlins regular season home games; Fixed signage on the right and left field outfield walls (approx. 13-ft x 8-ft each); Installation and construction of all signage; One (1) Jumbotron feature during each remaining regular season home game, including the following: One (1) 30-second video during each regular home season games; P.A. announcement accompanying every Jumbotron feature feature; Sponsor logo featured on the Jumbotron during every feature; U. S. Border Patrol Color Guard ceremony prior to one (1) mutually agreed upon 2007 Marlin?s regular season home game; P.A./Jumbotron recognition during the U.S. Border Patrol Color Guard ceremeony; One (1) full-page program ad in home game publication. The period of performance is August 2007 through September 30, 2007. The government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the source herein since they are the sole authorized company to provide advertisement with the Florida Marlins Major League Baseball team. This is not a notice for competitive proposals and no formal package is available, however prospective contractors who believe they can successfully perform must provide specific, detailed, technical documentation to support such claims and abilities to the Point of Contact for this notice prior to the closing date of this notification. Florida Marlins LP will provide wide marketing capability to the local Miami spectator audience and nation-wide exposure to aggressively promote the CBP National Recruitment effort. This advertising effort will not require ad development.
