- The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Center for Coastal Environmental Health and Biomolecular Research (CCEHBR), Charleston, SC has a requirement for an annual Service Agreement for the following Applied Biosystems equipment: a) 7500 FAST Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) System, serial number: 275010230, period of performance: August 31, 2007 through August 30, 2008; b) 3130-16 Genetic Analyzer, serial number 17214-013, period of performance: November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008. Additional line items are for four (4) additional option years on the above equipment. The contract is expected to be awarded on or about August 25, 2007. The applicable NAICS number is 811219 and the small business size standard is $6.5M. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal contract. Contractors are asked to provide their (DUNS) Dun and Bradstreet nine digit number along with their quotation.
