- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Rockwell Collins, 400 Collins Road, N.E, Cedar Rapids, IA 52498 to provide twenty four (24) URG-III HF Radio systems including installation services. The proposed acquisition will be for six (6) months from the date of the award.
