Description
To follow are the Peace Corps' responses to questions received from potential Offerors regarding the above Solicitation. This information is being posted as information for all Offerors to aid with the development of their proposal. Question No. 1: In regard to searching pending legislation, will the Peace Corps need to search state in addition to federal pending legislation? Response to Question No. 1: Although we search infrequently for state legislation, we would like to ability to occasionally search bills pending before state assemblies. Question No. 2: How does the Peace Corps search pending legislation currently? Response to Question No. 2. We currently use THOMAS, through the official Library of Congress website. Question No. 3: Would the Peace Corps please clarify what specifically is needed for secondary sources? Response to Question No. 3: The General Counsel's office would like access to ALR and Law Journals. It would also be desirable to get business information on non-profit organizations as well. Question No. 4: Would the Peace Corps please clarify what type of personal financial information is needed? Response to Question No. 4: The types of personal financial information we could be seeking would include individuals? credit history, loans, mortgages, assets, and all historical financial records for the purpose of criminal investigations being conducted by law enforcement personnel. Question No. 5: May vendors attach Exhibits to the 10 page Technical Proposal in order to illustrate features and services? Response to Question No. 5: Yes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
