- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to existing contract N65236-03-D-5856, which was awarded on a competitive basis, to Computer Science Corporation (CSC), Falls Church, VA . The contract provides process definition, business and engineering process implementation support, and software engineering management services using CMMI methodology as required. The proposed modification is for a ceiling increase of approximately $3,800,000.00. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
