- Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, services or facilities to perform the Prosecutorial Services for the Southern Plains Regional Office, Court of Indian Offenses located in Red Rock, Oklahoma and Anadrarko, Oklahoma. The Prosecutor will be based at the court in Anadarko, OK, a minimum of three (3) days per week and at the court in Red Rock, OK, one (1) day a week from 10:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or until excused by the Agency Magistrate beginning on October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008. The Government anticipates awarding this as a firm fixed price contract with an option to extend the term of contract (FAR Clause 52.217-09). This is being advertised as an Indian Preference, small business set aside. Contractor is required to be qualified as a Tribal Court Advocate or Licensed Attorney. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience and knowledge of Tribal and CFR Courts, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and jurisdiction in Indian Country. Due date for receipt of proposals is Friday, August 31, 2007, 3:00 P.M., in the Branch of Contracts, Southern Plains Regional Office, 1 Mile North of City, Hwy 281, P.O. Box 368, Anadarko, OK 73005. Section 7(b) of the Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan individuals and that preference in the award of the subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan economic enterprises.
