- The following FAR Clause 52.237-4001 for a site visit is being added to the solicitation as an amendment. 52.237-4001 Site Visit (a) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, August 9, 2007, at 11:30 AM at the John Day Dam, located at exit 109, off of Interstate 5, Rufus, Oregon 97050-0283. In order to participate in the site visit you must contact Dave Mackintosh, Mechanical Engineer at TDD by phone at (541) 506-7891, or by email at david.c.mackintosh@usace.army.mil , and provide information such as: Names of people who will be attending the site visit, The Company they work for, date and place of birth of each per son to be on site, and any other information he may need for security purposes. This information must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the site visit. Anyone not on the approved list prior to the start time of the site visit will not be allowed thr ough the security gate.
