- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTES The following is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for COMPANIES who are able to meet the qualifications as described herein. The NAICS Code is 561720 the SIC is 7342. The size standard is $15 million. This announcement is being posted for a period of ten (10) busi ness days, from Aug 03, 2007 through 13 Aug 2007. Submissions in response to this announcement must be received by the Point of Contact (POC) below by August 13, 2007 at 12 PM, Central Standard Time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is acquiring Cleaning and Mowing Services for Joe Pool Lake, TX. Joe Pool Lake is located at 6399 FM 1382, Dallas, TX 75249. The Contractors work and responsibility will include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, and management necessary to accomplish the required Cleaning services. The Contractor shall assure that al l work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations, and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking businesses to submit a capability package outlining their resources and experience in the following key areas: 1) Past performance history; 2) Provide no more than three (3) references, for no more than three (3) of the most recent and relevant contracts, performed within the last three (3) years. 3) Evidence of the vendors business status (Small, Other than Small, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Veteran Owned, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-owned, etc.) 4) Vendors point of contact information, address, Cage Code, Dunn and Bradstreet Number, and any other information that will prove the vendor capable of performing the required effort.
