- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 327310. This procurement action is for the purchase of 1,906 ton of Cement, bulk Portland, general construction type 1, gray color, without air entraining feature, IAW ASTM C150 which will b e loaded by vendor into silo equipped with four foot high pipe with four inch quick connect. The procurement will also consist of 5,515 each of 94 pound plastic lined paper bags filled with Cement, Bagged, general construction type 1, gray color, without air entraining feature, IAW ASTM C150-85. There is no guaranteed minimum requirement and the maximum requirement is 1,906 ton of bulk Portland cement and 5,515 bags of cement, general construction. FOB Destination, McAlaster Army Ammunition Plant, McAlas ter, OK. Delivery of cement shall be 3 days after receipt of delivery order with an acceptable variation in quantity of plus or minus 10 percent. This will be a technically acceptable firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or contact CCR at 1-888-227-2423. Approximate issue date is 15 August 2007 with the opening date 40 days from issue. The so licitation shall be issued via the Internet at http://www.osc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these websites. It is the responsibility of th e contractor to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
