- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) located at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama has a requirement to provide ongoing production and technical support for the One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT), and Multi-Direction Antenna Syst em (MDAS). The OSRVT receives video and telemetry data from multiple unmanned and manned aircraft platforms, to include Shadow, Hunter, I-GNAT, Predator, Pioneer, Raven, and numerous others. Projected hardware requirements include up to 1,374 additional OSRVT systems, and up to 391 additional MDAS extended range antennas. Also includes option for reset of up to 92 Shadow RVT systems (OSRVT and MDAS). Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) is included for all systems purchased. This requirement is sole source to AAI Corporation, Hunt Valley, MD 21030. All responsible sources may submit a quote to the e-mail address in this notice. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requireme nt or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
