- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3, and utilizing FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldi er System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with the Marcus Materials Co., 9 Renee Ct, Newark, De 19711-2759. This effort is to provide the Government with Titianium Encampsulated SIC with UD Polyeth ylene backing and Fiber-wrapped SIC with UD Polyethylene for test and evalauation purposes.
