- Nonpersonal services and materials to repair/maintain McQuay HVAC equipment on an as required basis. Work to be performed at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. As part of offer, the vendor shall demonstrate their ability to obtai n McQuay parts for repair/maintenance and demonstrate that certified McQuay chiller technicians will be utilized. Negotations to be conducted solely with McQuay International due to proprietary equipment. See note 22. This is a written solicitation. Al l specifications are contained in the solicitation package. Solicitation package to be issued on or about 7 August 2007.
