- The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for 2 Konica Bizhubb 500 with accessories plus maintenance contract for one year. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large b usiness concerns. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to a participating large business. The soliciation is available immediately on the Army Single Face Industry. The government award will be based on t h e best value with the evaluation factors to be set forth in the solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the CCR database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of regis tr ation in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for CCR is www.ccr.gov.
