- The Arizona Army National Guard USPFO intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Dallas Avionics, Inc. 2525 Santa Anna Ave, Dallas, TX 75228-1689. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within th e desretion of the Government.
