- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source purchase order to North Star Communications Inc., Warrenton, VA. The contractor shall provide HF Service and Maintenance support to the Army Command and Control Support Agency. Performance include complete performance evaluation of existing HF system, On/off air RF testing, Antenna performance evaluation, radio/software programming, operator Training and 24/7 phone support; on-site radio training; UHF antenna and Sabre LPA ante nna preventive maintenance. Performance period is 12 months. No solicitation or Request for quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement.
