- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) at the Pentagon, on behalf of US Army Materiel Command (HQ AMC), and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, intends to award a purchase order to procure a one-year acquisition subscription services for supplemental research and analysis resources related to current and emerging acquisition/procurement issues. REQUIREMENTS: Subscription will provide comprehensive topic coverage, superior monthly periodical material, acquisition conferences and forums every other month, web-based and classroom training, unlimited inquiry research serve, and daily acquisition new s via email. A subpart of the subscription is the Virtual Acquisition Office (VAO) which grants the users access to ASI proprietary publications, resources, tools, and their contract Library.
