- Synopsis Capitol District Contracting Center intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price, 100% total small business set-aside, Commercial Item Service contract for Fiber Optic Lease and Maintenance for Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital (WRAMC), Bethesda National Naval Me dical Center (NNMC) and Forest Glen Annex for one base year and three option years. The period of performance for this contract shall be as stipulated herein. Estimated award date 08/31/2007. The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, materials and emergency repair services required to maintain a single mode optical fiber cable between the three locations mentioned above.
