- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Bioquell Inc, 101 Witmer Road, STE 400, Horsham PA 19044. The contractor shall provide a gas g enerator which is non porous which is needed in testing of biological organisms that cause antrax, plagues, etc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541710 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested p ersons may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Savings Time, July 8, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive propos als or a solicitation of offers.
