- Sources sought(DO NOT SEND QUOTES AT THIS TIME) for small businesses able to provide/supply Commercial software Budget Builder for Civilian Personnel and Training- OR EQUAL. Software is used by Financial Personnel to import DCPS payroll data from a gross pay files, Air Force R60s, Navy LXLs, and other sources. This software will be used for the reconciliation after each pay period and to project current and out year civilian pay accurately. Provide report data on employees and positions, and to manipulate percentages which will affect the NSPS elements involved in cost increases of civilian pay as well as annual increases. Prepare reports on over time, special pay, and other elements of expense breaking down the cost of benefits by type.
