- Description The Contractor shall furnish the services of transporting F100 and F110 series Tinker aircraft engines by commercial air-suspension trucks as set forth in this PWS in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and applicable Japanese Government laws and regulations for land transportation. Award may be made to multiple offerors whose offer represent the best value to the U.S. Government based on the evaluation of offered price lists. ((Reference of this solicitation: Reference Number FA5209-07-ENGIN, Transportation of Aircraft Engines by Air Ride Vehicles at Yokota Air Base, Japan Market Research)) A pre-proposal conference may be scheduled for sometime in Aug/Sep 07 at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
