Description
This is an official notice that the 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg AFB, CA intends solicit a proposal for Radiologist Services in government supplied facilities with the 30th Medical Group (MDG) at Vandenberg AFB, California. The solicitation will be posted 10 August 2007. National Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 621512, small business size standard is $12.5M. This acquisition will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business. The contractor shall provide Radiologist services including but not limited to a range of outpatient radiology services that would typically be provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. The contractor shall perform according to the requirements contained in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), the precepts of the American College of Radiology, professional standards of the Accredidation Agency of the 30th MDG, and all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force (AF) policies and instructions. CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) REQUIREMENTS: The contractor shall be regigstered or certified by national/medical associations and shall continue to meet the minimum standards for CME to remain current as prescribed in Chapter 4, AFI 41-117, Medical Service Officer Education. CME hours shall be reported to the credentials monitor annually, on the first normal duty day in January for the previous calendar year. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 base year. All information will be posted on Fed Biz Opss when it becomes available. All potential offerors are reminded in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror INELIGIBLE for contract award. NOTE: It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor this site for release of any future snopses/solicitation/solicitation amendment.
