- This notice is issued to obtain interested parties qualified and interested in providing a commercial service proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for a Hematology Analyzer for Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, transportation, and labor requirements to full fill the demolition of the smoke stack. The performance period is to be determined. All responsible sources may respond to this issuance. The North American Industry Code is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6,500,000.00. Interested parties must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/.
