- The Federal Medical Center, Rochester, MN intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide Horticulture Services to inmates. Award date is approximately 10/01/07. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 08/24/07, with offers due by 09/14/07, 2:00pm CST. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract which is set aside 100% for small businesses. The term of the contract will be from 10/01/2007 to 09/30/2010, one base year and two option years. The solicitation will be available solely through the General Services?s Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www. fedbizopps.gov./. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely though this site. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
