Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source commercial item contract to Atlantic Services Group, Inc. This contract is to provide for parking spaces at the Potomac Center which houses HUD employees. This vendor holds the contract for the operation of the parking garage that is part of this building complex. Estimated amount for this contract is $600,000 including four (4) 1-year option years. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 812930, Parking Lots & Garages. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for similar requirements.
