- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (see Internet site: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/), FAR Subpart 12.6, and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR): http://www.dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/opnbiz/cpo-acquisition-regulation-0606.pdf as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
