Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 124296 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code 423420 and small business size standard of $6.0. The following are this solicitations list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure 2 each black and white photocopier. 1 each delivered to 2 separate locations. Copy, print, network print, network scan, document filing, document management software. Print speed 70 pages per minute, auto document feed, auto duplex, staple finisher, 3100 sheet paper capacity, reduction and enlargement 25% to 400%, network printing and scanning capability, 150 sheet duplex single pass feeder.
