- Description
- The Western Montana Acquisition Zone anticipates awarding a contract for reconstruction of Forest Service road number 102 on the Lolo National Forest in Montana. Work will consist of reconstruction of 2.17 miles of Rock Creek Road. Reconstruction will include haul and placement of government furnished aggregate. The project will also include the replacement of an existing culvert at Cougar Creek with a short span, precast concrete bridge and construction of a retaining wall at milepost 19.5. The Government estimates the value of the project to be between $100,000 and $250,000. AUGUST 6, 2007: THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, AUGUST 13TH. INTERESTED OFFERORS SHOULD MEET THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AT THE LOLO NATIONAL FOREST SUPERVISOR'S OFFICE AT 8:00 A.M. CONTRACTORS SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN TRANSPORTATION AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR VISIT TO FIELD.
