- Description: See numbered notes: 1, 9, 26, and 29. NSN 2510-01-184-5497, HOUSING ASSEMBLY, HEATER DIVERTER. The parts are being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12339291 and all related data. This item requires contractor First Article Test (FAT) with no waived soruces.. The total quantity required is 1111 each to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 8/20/07, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date via e-mail to cddwgs@dscc.dla.mil or via voice mail to our 24-hour request line at 614-692-2344. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for serviced disabled, veteran-owned small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The required delivery is 1111 each in 210 days including time for the FAT and if the FAT is waived the required delivery is 1111 each in 120 days. Notice to all Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitation in the near future. The ORCA can be found at http://orca.bpn.gov. Until ORCA is fully implemented continue to comply with all government instruction and requirements in solicitation and contract awards.
